For a few brief years in the early 1980s roller discos were all the rage in Glasgow. We blame the hit film, and TV series Fame, which also ushered in the era of leotards and leg-warmers as suitable Saturday night attire - and that was just the blokes!
This trio of 'disco dollies' are certainly going to live forever, frozen in time in all their finery.
"I'm off up the roller disco, dad."
